How do I find more information on your products?
We include useful information relevant to our products on the product pages, and we are always updating this information. in some cases we can also provide product information in pdf form. Please reach out to us if you need any more information on our products.
How do I know if a product is made-to-order?
We include production lead-times on the product pages for made-to-order products. This lead-time is based on the information available to us from our brands. In most cases this production lead-time correct, however in some cases it may take longer due to production delays or other factors out of our control. Once an order is placed, we will update you where possible on the lead-time of your order.
Once a made-to-order product is produced, how long does it take to arrive?
Generally deliveries from our brands take around a week to arrive with us, once produced and shipped. Deliveries to the UK from the EU have to pass UK customs checks, and in some cases if extra checks have to be completed it make take a few extra days. This is unfortunately out of our control, and a direct result of the UK leaving the EU.
How do I return an order?
If you wish to return all, or part of your order to us, please log into your customer account and select 'request return' against the order you wish to return. You can log into your customer account by entering the email address you used to place the order, and a 6 digit security code which will be sent on email. Once the request is accepted, you will receive an email from us with the details on how to complete the return. You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.
How much time do I have to return an order ?
We can accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Once accepted you have another 14 days to return the item/s back to us.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your return, it generally takes around 5 working days for us to process this. Once processed, the refund will take a few working days to clear back to the original payment method.
