Nine years ago Neil founded World Gin Day as a way to celebrate his love of Gin, and it got slightly out of hand from there. It's great to see that Birmingham Cocktail Weekend is once again returning to the city this weekend and how better to celebrate than sharing a few recipes from one of our favourite Danish brands, Ferm Living - who have collaborated on these recipes with Copenhagen bar Duck & Cover to celebrate the launch of their Ripple Glassware Collection.
